“Runner’s High” is a feeling of reduced stress, anxiety and pain due to release of endorphins by exercise or running.
Endorphin - Endorphin is a natural pain reliever that flows into your brain and acts to excite a human being.
How do you get Runner’s High on daily basis?
If you always want to achieve Runner’s High, then first you have to make your mind stronger. For this, you have to be ready for every difficulty. For example - If you run 1 kilometre in 10 minutes then next time try to do this in 9 minutes or 9.5 minutes. Similarly, if you walk 10,000 steps daily, then try to walk more next time.
